第四章の二 電子情報処理組織による届出又は申請等の特例
This Ministerial Ordinance shall come into effect as of the date of the enforcement of the Act for Partial Revision of the Act on Special Measures for Customs Procedures Using Electronic Data Processing Systems (October 1, 2008).
この省令は、電子情報処理組織による税関手続の特例等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成二十年十月一日）から施行する。
Electronic notification forms (meaning forms that govern when giving notification, etc. using electronic data processing systems which are available as files on a computer designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Minister of the Environment for the purpose of recording, among the matters to be recorded in forms that govern when notification, etc. is given via a document, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "written notification, etc."), the name of the notification, etc., the date the notification, etc. is given, the name of any other party giving the notification, etc., the domicile of the person giving the notification, etc., the name or business name of the person giving the notification, etc., the name of the representative person in the case of a juridical person, and an indication to the effect that notification, etc. is being given; the same shall apply hereinafter)
電子届出等様式（届出等を電子情報処理組織を使用して行う場合において従うこととされている様式であつて、届出等を書面等により行うときに従うこととされている様式（以下書面届出等様式という。）に記載すべき事項のうち、届出等の名称、届出等を行う日付、届出等を行う相手方の名称、届出等を行う者の住所、届出等を行う者の氏名又は名称及び法人にあつては、その代表者の氏名並びに届出等を行う旨の表示を記録すべきものとして、厚生労働大臣、経済産業大臣及び環境大臣の指定する電子計算機に備えられたファイルから入手可能な様式をいう。以下同じ。）に記録すべき事項
For the purpose of applying the provisions of item (i) of paragraph (1) in the case where a Financial Institution does not make the repayment of deposits using electronic data processing systems, the term "electronic data processing systems through which the repayment of deposits is made (meaning electronic data processing systems connecting computers used by a Financial Institution and automated cash dispensers or automated teller machines used by the Financial Institution or another Financial Institution through telecommunication lines; the same shall apply hereinafter)" in item (i) of paragraph (1) shall be deemed to be "computers or any other similar means".
金融機関が電子情報処理組織を使用して預金の払戻しを行っていない場合における第一項第一号の規定の適用については、同号中預金の払戻しを行っている電子情報処理組織（金融機関の電子計算機と当該金融機関若しくは他の金融機関の現金自動支払機又は現金自動預入払出兼用機を電気通信回線で接続した電子情報処理組織をいう。以下同じ。）とあるのは、電子計算機その他これに類するものとする。
A Financial Institution shall, if requested to submit materials under the preceding paragraph, submit them without delay using electronic data processing systems or magnetic tapes (including any other medium in which certain matters can be securely recorded by equivalent means) pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Office Ordinance and Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance.
前項の規定により資料の提出を求められた金融機関は、内閣府令・財務省令で定めるところにより、電子情報処理組織を使用して又は磁気テープ（これに準ずる方法により一定の事項を確実に記録しておくことができる物を含む。）により、遅滞なく、これを提出しなければならない。
Measures to enable a Financial Institution (meaning the Financial Institution prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act; the same shall apply hereinafter) to process data on claims pertaining to deposits promptly after the receipt thereof from the Deposit Insurance Corporation (referred to as "Corporation" in the following paragraph) using electronic data processing systems through which the repayment of deposits is made (meaning electronic data processing systems connecting computers used by a Financial Institution and automated cash dispensers or automated teller machines used by the Financial Institution or another Financial Institution through telecommunication lines; the same shall apply hereinafter) in order to ensure that the payment of insurance claims pertaining to the Covered Deposits for Settlement (meaning the Covered Deposits for Settlement prescribed in Article 54-2, paragraph (1) of the Act; the same shall apply in the following item) or the repayment thereof can be made smoothly
