Wniosek jest rozpatrywany z uwzględnieniem planu działalności przedłożonego zgodnie z art. 18 ust. 1 lit. c) oraz spełnienia warunków określonych dla uzyskania zezwolenia przez państwo członkowskie, w którym dany zakład reasekuracji ubiega się o zezwolenie.
The application for authorisation shall be considered in the light of the scheme of operations to be submitted pursuant to Article 18(1)(c) and the fulfilment of the conditions laid down for authorisation by the Member State from which the authorisation is sought.
Jeżeli zakład ubezpieczeń lub zakład reasekuracji ubiega się o zatwierdzenie określonej kwoty pieniężnej, wniosek zawiera wyjaśnienia dotyczące wyliczenia kwoty, w oparciu o ostrożne i realistyczne założenia, zgodnie z art. 90 ust. 2 dyrektywy 2009/138/WE.
