Licensor will make modification and supplement to the basic design in accordance with the basic design review meeting minute and submit the basic design document of confirmed version to Owner within the time limit stipulated under the contract entered between Owner and Licensor.
按照基础设计审查会纪要，专利商对其基础设计进行修改和补充，并于审查会后业主与专利商合同规定的时间内向业主提供确认版的基础设计文件。
Owner shall provide three copies of complete reviewed version of basic design document to Contractor for review within three months after the contract enters into force (based on the contract entered between Owner and Licensor).
（1） 业主要在合同生效后三个月内（根据业主与专利商的合同为准），将完整的审查版基础设计文件三份提交承包商审查。
Within three weeks after the delivery of the reviewed version of basic design document, Owner will assign its review representative to Contractors office or Licensors office for the review meeting to inspect/review and approve the said document.
（2） 在发送审查版基础设计文件三周内，业主派审核代表赴承包商办公室或专利商办公室召开审查会议，检查/审查和批准该文件。

专利商对所提交的基础设计文件的介绍；
Owner will forward the basic design document of confirmed version submitted by Licensor to Contractor within three days upon receipt.
业主应在三天内将专利商提供确认版的基础设计文件提交给承包商。
Party B shall submit quantity list of each system and building (structure) for Party A's review while submitting basic design document. The reviewed quantity list is deemed as control document for quota design. Each volume of construction drawing shall be attached with a quota design assignment and return receipt. If single item exceeds the quota index, Party B must analyze reasons and submit quota assignment and return receipt for Party A's review and shall only complete construction drawing volumes after Party A's approval. If each single item does not exceed quota index, Party B shall submit quota design assignment and return receipt for Party A's review while submitting construction drawing volumes.
乙方在提交初步设计文件的同时，提交各系统、建（构）筑物工程量清单供甲方审查，审定后的工程量清单，作为限额设计的控制文件。施工图每个卷册都附加一个限额设计任务书及回执，如果各单项工程突破限额指标，乙方必须分析原因并提交限额设计任务书及回执给甲方审核，批准后乙方方能完成施工图卷册。如果各单项工程没有突破限额指标，乙方提交施工图卷册的同时提交限额设计任务书及回执供甲方审核。
