3. 3 otherwise assist and expedite CONTRACTOR's execution of the Work Program by providing facilities, supplies and personnel including, but not limited to, supplying or otherwise making available all necessary visas, work permits, transportation, security protection and rights of way and easements as may be requested by CONTRACTOR and made available from the resources under PERTAMINA's control. In the event such facilities, supplies or personnel are not readily available, then PERTAMINA shall promptly secure the use of such facilities, supplies and personnel from alternative sources. Expenses thus incurred by PERTAMINA at CONTRACTOR's request shall be reimbursed to PERTAMINA by CONTRACTOR and included in the Operating Costs. Such reimbursements will be made in United States Dollars computed at the rate of exchange at the time of conversion.
