Wracając do trzech zaproszeń do składania ofert zorganizowanych od czasu wprowadzenia tego nowego instrumentu w październiku 2003 r. można zauważyć, że liczba sfinansowanych do tej pory projektów SCM rozkłada się równomiernie pomiędzy wszystkie regiony objęte programem Tempus.
