Komisja przyjmuje akty wykonawcze określające wybrane programy proste, ewentualne zmiany, jakie należy w nich wprowadzić, oraz odpowiadające im budżety. Te akty wykonawcze są przyjmowane zgodnie z procedurą sprawdzającą, o której mowa w art. 23 ust. 2.
