1.1 This part is applied for the activities of supervision over manufacturing (QA/QC inspection) and performance acceptance test of the equipments (including subcontract outsourcing equipments) supplied by BIDDER in contract performance period, in order to guarantee the equipments meet the requirements regulated in stipulated in Appendix 1.

4.4 BUYER will conduct the performance acceptance test, with presence of BIDDER. BUYER will propose the test outline and discuss with BIDDER for test is conducted at site, BIDDER shall coordinate as per requirements in Appendix 7; if test is conducted in factory, all labor and supplies for the test shall be offered by BIDDER.

3.2.4 Unit performance acceptance test shall be completed in half a year after 168 hours operation (half a year does not include the time for unit aging correction, which shall conform to the provisions of ASME PTC6-2004, and be as agreed upon by the BUYER).
