Chapter II of the proposal
Vertaling van "Chapter II of the proposal" in Duits
Kapitel II des Vorschlags
At the same time, discussions in the Council on the nature of the accelerated procedure have been such that all guarantees laid down in Chapter II of the proposal now also apply in the accelerated procedure.
After a first chapter containing several general provisions, Chapter II of the proposal deals with the exchange of information between Member States.
Practically, the EDPS suggests laying down this provision in a new Article 4 bis (in any case, in Chapter II of the proposal).
1.7 The EESC calls for explicit inclusion in the Regulation of assessments by the independent ethics committee (in line with the requirements of the Paragraph 15 of the Declaration of Helsinki, Chapter II of the Proposal and Directive 2001/20/EC).
Annex II of Chapter II of the proposal provides for derogations from the registration obligation for a number of substances.
Therefore, the EDPS recommends removing in any case the limitations in the scope of application of Article 9 (1) and (6), by moving these provisions to Chapter II of the proposal.
The common standards as laid down in Chapter II of the proposal (and on specific subject-matters, in Chapters IV-VII) contain two layers of protection
