In this Act, "electromagnetic method" means a method using electronic information processing system or other types of information communication technology.
この法律において電磁的方法とは、電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法をいう。
The notice set forth in the preceding paragraph shall also be given where a report containing the matters indicated in each item of the preceding paragraph has been transmitted via electrical telecommunication lines using an electronic information processing system, and where said report is clearly presented in a document via the use of a computer (including its peripheral devices) or other equipment used by the Commission.
２ 前項各号に掲げる事項を内容とした報告が、電子情報処理組織を使用して電気通信回線を通じて送信することによりなされたものであって、委員会の使用に係る電子計算機（その周辺装置を含む。）その他の機器を用いて明確に文書に表示されるときにも、前項の通知を行うものとする。

The Related Business Operators, etc. may request that the Information Management Entity provide access using an electronic information processing system (hereinafter referred to as "Access to Files") or delivery of written documents containing the matters or a magnetic disk with these matters recorded (hereinafter referred to as "Written Documents, etc.") regarding matters recorded in the Files and the End-of-Life Vehicles, Dismantled Vehicles or Parts Specified for Recycling, etc. (hereinafter referred to in this chapter comprehensively as "End-of-Life Vehicles, etc.") collected by these entities as specified by ordinance of the competent minister.

When a Report on Movements is made using an electronic information processing system, the Related Business Operators shall not refuse to grant approval set forth in the preceding paragraph for the Confirmation Notification pertaining to the Report on Movements unless there is a justifiable ground.

The Information Management Entity may use an electronic information processing system for notifications (hereinafter referred to as "Confirmation Notification") pursuant to the provision in Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of the preceding article as specified by ordinance of the competent minister with the approval of the Related Business Operators receiving the Confirmation Notification.
情報管理センターは、前条第一項又は第二項の規定による通知（以下確認通知という。）については、主務省令で定めるところにより、当該確認通知を受ける関連事業者の承諾を得て、電子情報処理組織を使用して行うことができる。

ただし、行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十一号）第三条第一項の規定により同項に規定する電子情報処理組織を使用して前項に規定する確認に係る申請をする場合には、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、現金をもつてすることができる。
The written report and supporting materials provided for in the preceding paragraph may, notwithstanding the provisions of that paragraph, be submitted using an electronic information processing system in accordance with the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Information and Telecommunication Technologies in Administrative Procedures Related to Legislation under the Jurisdiction of the Fair Trade Commission (Fair Trade Commission Rule No. 1 of 2003).
前項に規定する報告書及び資料は、同項の規定にかかわらず、公正取引委員会の所管する法令に係る行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律施行規則（平成十五年公正取引委員会規則第一号）の定めるところにより電子情報処理組織を使用して提出することができる。

When the telecommunications lines have broken down and when the Report on Movements cannot be made using another electronic information processing system and this is specified by the ordinance of the competent minister, the Related Business Operators, etc. may submit the Report on Movements on magnetic disk instead of the electronic information processing system specified by ordinance of the competent minister.
関連事業者等は、電気通信回線の故障の場合その他の電子情報処理組織を使用して移動報告を行うことができない場合として主務省令で定める場合には、電子情報処理組織の使用に代えて、主務省令で定めるところにより、磁気ディスクの提出により移動報告を行うことができる。
3 When the commissioned disposer receives a copy of the control manifest containing the effect of a completion of the final disposal of industrial waste of intermediate treatment pertaining to the said disposal under the provisions of Paragraph 5 and Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 12-3, as provided by the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Environment, he/she must report that effect to the information processing center by using the electronic information processing system within a period specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Environment, notwithstanding the provisions of the said Paragraphs.
また、国は、法第30条第2項の同意を得ることができない場合又は同条第5項の規 定により関係人から当該土壌等の除染等の措置について異議がある旨の同項の意見書 の提出があった場合において、当該土壌等の除染等の措置が実施されないことにより、 当該土地等の事故由来放射性物質による汚染に起因して当該土地又はその周辺の土地 において人の健康に係る被害が生ずるおそれが著しいと認めるときは、当該汚染によ る人の健康に係る被害を防止するため必要な限度において、同条第2項の同意を得る ことなく当該土壌等の除染等の措置を実施することができるとされている。
