17　3/　17　FeliCa　リーダライタ　RF　性能検定規定書　Ver1.51　link　to　page　1　は　じめに　本書は　FeliCa　に対応するリーダライタに対して実施されるFeliCa　リーダライタ　RF　性能検定　（　以下、本検定と呼　ぶ）について規定するものです。

かかるサンプルにつきカード性能　検定に合格した場合、当社は貴社に対し、かかるサンプルの型番の対象製品につき　、　カード性能検　定に関する検定合格証明書（以下合格証明書といいます）を発行するものとします。

Upon passing of the Card Performance Certification Test, Sony will issue a pass certificate (the "Pass Certificate") with respect to the specific model of the Product for which the samples were provided. 2.04 If (a) you request to add a new Product model which has not yet passed the Test but has the same communication performance under the same measurement conditions as the Product which has passed the Test to a Product series whose models have already passed the Test, by the form separately designated by Sony, and (b) Sony approves such request by the form separately designated by Sony, then such a new Product model is deemed to have passed the Test without being Tested, provided that you warrant such sameness of the communication performance thereto.

かかるサンプルにつきカード性能　22/　26　FeliCa　カード　RF　性能検定規定書　Ver..42　link　to　page　1　検定に合格した場合、当社は貴社に対し、かかるサンプルの型番の対象製品につき　、　カード性能検　定に関する検定合格証明書（以下合格証明書といいます）を発行するものとします。　本条第　3　項に基づきカード性能検定に合格した対象製品と同一測定条件における通信性能が同一で　検定を受けていない対象製品について、当社所定の申請書により貴社から検定に合格したもの　として扱いたい旨の型番追加要請があり、当社がこれを当社所定の書式により承諾した場合、当該対象製　品は検定を受けることなくカード性能検定に合格したとみなされます。

The Requirements are used only to check whether the samples of a product satisfy the Requirements before an applicant manufacturer submits the product to the FeliCa Reader/Writer RF Performance Certification Test.

また、本要件は、申請メーカがFeliCa　リーダライタ　RF　性能検定へ提出する受検製品の検定サンプ　ルに対し、本要件で定められた規定を満たしているかを確認するものです。

6.04 If Sony finds that, as to any Product that has passed the Card Performance Certification Test, such Product made available in the market does not meet the Certification Standards applied at the time of the issuance of the relevant Pass Certificate, Sony may, at its option, invalidate such Pass Certificate.

カード性能検定に合格した対象製品の量産品の製造後、当該対象製品の市販品につき　、　カード　性能検定に合格した時点における検定基準を満たしていないことが当社により確認された場合、当社　は、当該対象製品に関し　、　カード性能検定の合格を取消すことができるものとします。

In such event, Sony will update the version number of the Certification Specification, and you may, at your option, apply for the Card Performance Certification Test under the updated Certification Specification in order to obtain a Pass Certificate under the updated Certification Specification.

このような場　合、当社は　、　検定規定書のバージョンを変更するものとし、貴社は、新たなバージョンの下でカード　性能検定の合格証明書を取得するためには　、　対象製品について別途カード性能検定を受け、　これに合格する必要があります。

The Requirements Check Sheet shall be submitted to the test site when you apply for the FeliCa RF Performance Certification Test.

要　件チェックシートは、FeliCa　RF　性能検定の申込み時に試験所へ提出して下さい。

6.04 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.01, Sony may disclose the results of FeliCa Reader/Writer RF Performance Certification Test and FeliCa Reader/Writer RF Performance Pre-test using your sample cards set forth in the Section 2.02 to a third party without your prior written consent.

本条第1項の規定にも拘わらず、当社は、第　2　条第　2　項に定めるリーダライタ　RF　性能検定及びリーダライ　タ　RF　性能検定の事前測定評価の参考測定の結果については、貴社の事前の書面による承諾なしに第三者に　開示することができるものとします。

License The use of FeliCa Certified logotype shall be allowed if an application was submitted after the products have passed the FeliCa RF Performance Certification Test.

使用許諾　FeliCa　Certified　ロゴは、対象製品が　FeliCa　RF　性能検定に合格した後に、申請を行うことで、使用可　能になります。

Handling of Test Data and Submitted Product Samples The Certification Administrator and Certification Laboratory will handle the test data and information that it obtains as a result of certification testing in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for Mobile FeliCa RF Performance Certification Test (for the Mobile Product).

検定データとサンプル品の扱い　本検定の実施に際し、検定データならびに検定事務局、検定試験所が知りえた情報は　、　モバイル　FeliCa　RF　性能検定約款　（　添付資料　A　約款　参照）に記載した内容に従い管理します。

Reader/Writer for Interoperability Test A reader/writer for the interoperability test is a reader/writer that has passed the FeliCa reader/writer performance certification test or the FeliCa reader/writer RF performance certification test designated by the testing organization, and that has been registered as a product for the interoperability test.

互換性試験用リーダライタ　検定機関が定めた　FeliCa　リーダライタ性能検定もしくは　FeliCa　リーダライタ　RF　性能検定合格済みの　互換性試験用製品として登録されたリーダライタです。
