In cases where, due to occurrence of any failure in an Electronic Data Processing System used for business affairs pertaining to Foreign Market Transactions, it has become difficult to conduct Foreign Market Transactions or to perform delivery or any other method of settlement on an ongoing basis by the use of said electronic data processing system, a Foreign Financial Instruments Exchange shall, pursuant to the provisions of Article 188 of the Act, immediately report to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency to that effect, and submit to him/her without delay a document containing an outline, the cause and treatment of the failures, the matters to be improved and any other necessary matters.
