The project aimed to improve the social welfare of residents of the Guria and Imereti regions in western Georgia through increased access to modern information and educational services provided by local libraries.
Założenia projektowe odpowiadały na główny problem w regionach Gurii i Samcche-Dżawachetii, czyli na niski poziom koordynacji, wyszkolenia i wyposażenia służb związanych z zarządzaniem kryzysowym oraz ratowaniem ludzkiego życia.
The project assumptions were a response to the main problem in the regions of Guria and Samtskhe-Javakheti, i.e. the low level of coordination, training and equipment of services associated with crisis management and rescuing human life.
