Șeful statului a apreciat calitatea documentului prezentat, exprimînd mulțumiri membrilor comisiei pentru munca depusă și responsabilitatea de care au dat dovadă, propunînd în final consultarea proiectului documentului vizat cu societatea civilă și cu experți ai Comisiei Europene, înainte de a fi prezentat spre adoptare Parlamentului.
The chief of state appreciated the document and thanked members of the commission for their labour and responsibility, and finally recommended the consultation of the draft strategy with civil society and experts of the European Commission before delivering it to the Parliament for endorsement.
