Komisja przyjmuje akty wykonawcze określające wybrane programy proste, ewentualne zmiany, jakie należy w nich wprowadzić, oraz odpowiadające im budżety. Te akty wykonawcze są przyjmowane zgodnie z procedurą sprawdzającą, o której mowa w art. 23 ust. 2.
The Commission shall adopt implementing acts, determining the simple programmes selected, any changes to be made to them, and the corresponding budgets. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 23(2).
